customers. Customer details will not be disclosed, traded or sold in any
waywhatsoever, to any person, company or third party, in accordance with the
Privacy Act 1998.
If you register with Out of the Egg or simply provide your details to us they will
be used for the sole purpose of processing of orders or for the use of our
e-newsletter to promote upcoming events or new products.

Online Payments
To make your purchase online we use PAYPAL as our payment method, which is
100% safe and secure. PAYPAL will accept various payment methods including
major credit cards.
Once you place an order on outoftheegg.com.au you will be taken to the PayPal
website to finalise your payment. Once payment has been completed you will be
automatically returned to our website to continue shopping.
You do not have to be a member of paypal to place an order at Out of the Egg but

Offline Payments
Should you decide not to use our PAYPAL payment method using a credit card,
you are more than welcome to use our other offline methods of payments listed
below.
Direct Deposit (EFT)
Once you have placed an order online, you will automatically receive an
email confirming your order. On this confirmation, our bank details will be listed
ready for your money transfer. Once the deposit has been made and upon receipt
of your funds, your order will be processed within 24hrs. Please ensure when
depositing funds you list in the reference field, your order number & surname.
Money Order/Cheques
Please accompany your money order or cheque along with a copy of your order
confirmation and post to:

Please note that we will not dispatch your goods until cheques have been cleared.
In some cases this could take up to 4 business days. Please contact us should
you have any questions regarding your method of payment. Delivery of goods will
be completed within 24hrs of receiving payment.
POSTAGE
At Out of the Egg we want to ensure that your order is delivered on time and in an
orderly manner. Our aim is for our customers to be satisfied with delivery so all
deliveries will be packed and sent within 24 hours of ordering. In some cases it
may take longer if you reside in country areas so please allow an extra day.
Should your parcel be urgent, please contact us so we can have it couriered to you.
Out of the Egg uses Express Post & Regular delivery through Australia Post to all
other interstate cities (other than SA) and Courier for SA Metro deliveries.
The following rates will apply for delivery in Australia:-
SA Metro Only (including Barossa, Gawler, Mt Barker, Victor Harbor)

Regular Post (All Interstate cities & country areas) 2-3 days for delivery
$10.00
Express Post - (all interstate cities and country areas) 1-2 days for delivery
$12.00
INTERNATIONAL DELIVERIES
If you are ordering from a country outside of Australia, please contact us at
info@outoftheegg.com.au regarding your order prior to placing it and to obtain
postage charges to your designated country.
All international deliveries will be shipped via airmail and despatched within 48hrs
of receiving an order.
EXCHANGE/RETURNS
At Out of the Egg we want to ensure that your purchase is what you expected
it to be. In the event that items you have purchased are faulty, damaged or you
have simply purchased the wrong size or colour, we will be more than happy to
refund or exchange your item(s) within 7 days of purchase.
Goods that are returned must be in their original packaging (if any) with tags
attached, unworn and a copy of your receipt accompanying your returned item.

OUT OF STOCK ITEMS
If in the event that you have ordered an item that is temporarily out of stock, we
will contact you immediately. You will then have the opportunity to either choose
an alternate product, back order your original product ordered (subject to
availability) or cancel your order. Orders will not be shipped until all of the ordered
items are in stock or the customer has specified otherwise.
Sale or clearance items will not be backordered.
CUSTOM MADE / PERSONALISED ITEMS
Any personalised or custom made items will not be exchangeable or refundable.
Please ensure that when you are placing your order you check all names for
correct spelling.

Custom made names through Rondeau Industries will take up to 14 days for
delivery, Mooo Design personalised tees or puzzles will take up to 7 days
for delivery and Lollipop Baby tees or onesies will take up to 7 days for delivery.

PRODUCTS
Labels including Baby Gap, Carters and Osh Kosh that we sell on the website are Ex labels that have come direct from the factories overseas. These labels are over runs from department stores and are the real brands. These labels may have swing tags missing or some labels are cut to protect the brand/label company. All our products are checked prior to sending out to customers.
PRICING
Dollars (AUD) and are inclusive of GST. We also reserve the right to change
prices without notification to our customers.

All images and information within this website are subject to copyright and
may not be copied, duplicated or reproduced in any form without consulting
